We are the architects of multiple big-ticket projects, including the Rwanda Integrated Tourism Development commissioned by Suburbian Intl Ltd. Responsible for its complete engineering design, we ensured that we created a comprehensive plan for our clients. The architectural plan includes commercial blocks, clubhouses, valley observation decks, and even zipline facilities to bring together a diverse range of facilities and amenities for users.
We have also worked on the 4000 sqm Kubaho Plaza that serves as an office complex. We are also at the forefront of developing Cement Factory Muhanga Rwanda under the aegis of Anjia Prefab. Rwanda Ltd/West Holding China Ltd. This is one of the biggest cement plants in the region, with a cement production capacity of 1 million tons per annum.
