AJ+Partners Ltd created an iconic design that befits the prominent location – overlooking Chic plaza and the Nyabugogo wetland. The 11 storey mixed use tower consists of two ultra-luxurious apartments per floor. The exclusivity of the apartments is emphasized in the building’s design with its volume broken down in two parts using a variation in building height and setback. This solution helps to make the building look slenderer, fitting in with the scale of the surrounding urban fabric. The spheric middle tower soften the buildings volume and give the building its distinctive character.
